Absolutely. Our lessons are beginner-friendly, and no previous salsa or dance experience is necessary.

Do I need to bring someone with me?

No! Come solo, with a friend, or with a partner. We rotate partners throughout class so everyone gets to dance and meet other students.

Is it easy to meet people?

That’s a big part of the experience. Partner rotation and the social atmosphere naturally give you opportunities to meet and dance with people throughout class.

What style of salsa do you teach?

Salsa Kings specializes in Casino, commonly known as Cuban-style salsa.

What should I wear?

Keep it comfortable! Wear something you can move in easily. Sneakers or comfortable dance shoes work great when you’re getting started.

What if I’m nervous about coming alone?

That’s completely normal. Plenty of students arrive alone for their first lesson. Once class gets moving and partners begin rotating, you’re part of the group.

Can I try it before signing up?

Yes! Your first class is free, so you can come experience the dancing and community for yourself.
